We continue to despatch orders using Royal Mail and our other couriers. You may find delivery times are longer than usual, even for express delivery services like Next Day, Royal Mail Special Delivery and International Express Courier. Most domestic deliveries are arriving on time and express services are given priority over standard services. However, delivery charges will not be refunded and consequential loss claims will not be considered if items are delivered later than expected.
If we find that we are unable to despatch your order for any reason, we will contact you to confirm if you wish to put your order on hold until such time as we can despatch or instead cancel the order and refund your payment in full.
