Many battery chargers are available on the market, but few of them are universal chargers. Using this Universal Battery Charger/Discharger SELF-ASSEMBLY electronic kit, NiCd and NiMH batteries (or different) can be charged both quickly (52 minutes) and normally (14 hours).

In order to ensure that the battery is fully discharged prior to charging and thus has a longer life cycle, an automatic discharger is also fitted.
