VU Meter Module with onboard microphone and a display consisting of 12 Round LEDs (6 Green, 3 Yellow and 3 Red). The LEDs light in sequence according to the sound level picked up by the microphone. Microphone sensitivity is adjustable.
The circuit is designed around a UAA180 LED driver IC for lightband displays.
The module has a sensitivity adjustment and is supplied with an aluminium front panel. Includes protection against inverse polarity and a screw terminal block for connections.
