The 2-Output Cyclical Night/Day Lighting Controller provides a continuous virtual-day effect (Dawn-Day-Dusk-Night) for use in a variety of applications including hydroponics', poultry farming, nativity models, etc.
The length of time for the daybreak/nightfall cycles is user adjustable between 1 Second and 120 Minutes thus providing a gradual transition in lighting intensity.
The duration of the Day/Night cycles is also user adjustable between 1 Second and 120 Minutes.
The PRIMARY OUTPUT can power up to 500W of incandescent light bulbs and provides a virtual day simulation that continuously repeats whilst the module is powered. The shortest duration one "day" can be set to is 4 seconds and the longest day duration possible is 8 hours.
A further AUXILIARY OUTPUT is supplied that can be set to activate during either the Day or Night part of the cycle. This can be used to power a secondary lighting circuit up to 500W.
The following adjustments/controls are available to the user:
The module is supplied fully assembled and has an onboard safety fuse. All you need to do is house it in a suitable enclosure, add the wiring, output fuses and lights.
Suitable for use with conventional incandescent filament light bulbs only. NOT SUITABLE for use with inductive loads or other types of bulbs e.g. fluorescent, CFL, halogen, transformer, etc.
