The Cebek EDU-007 is a mini-laboratory with 4 experiments. It allows students to study the behaviour and operating modes of NPN and PNP transistors and to experiment with basic concepts of these devices.

  • Experiment 1 - Transistor as power supply. Constant current of transmitter, Vce increase, etc.
  • Experiment 2 - NPN Polarization. Switch Transistor, soft saturation and hard saturation, etc.
  • Experiment 3 - PNP Polarization. Switch Transistor, difference input output with NPN, inverter door, etc.
