Preamp module designed to bring a small input signal up to a suitable level to drive an audio amplifier. Use with our 3017 - 1W Mono Audio Amplifier Board to produce full power output or our 1052 - 3-Input Mono Mixer Board or your own equipment.
Delivering a minimum gain of 40dB, this is normally more than enough for most applications. Gain can be increased by simply changing a single resistor value. See kit documentation below for full details.
The circuit can also take its input from an electret microphone by simply adding a resistor, both of which are included with the kit.Specifications
|Maximum input||~ 100 mV RMS (gain = 27 dB)|
